finally
the google ads are getting the jist of this site and serving up ads for men's neckties instead of rope.the level of involvement in this event has waned a little. i think it might take longer than 2 years for world domination. we'll see, though.
the corporation where the majority of the founders are employed will not be conducting business next week, so i imagine most participants will take a couple weeks off and resume on january 8. this is not to say, of course, that you have to or don't have to participate.
it is, after all, voluntarily optional.
Of course, Tuesday, December 25th would be a fine day to wear a tie when visiting with relatives...and who know, maybe there will be a new tie to try on under the tree.
And the following Tuesday, is New Years Day...and it would be very fitting if you wake up wearing a tie from the night before. (The truth is, i almost like that time of untieing the tie and leaving around the neck more satisfing than wearing the tie all day...something about freeing the neck, I imagine.)
And how great is it that 2008 starts on a TieOneOnTuesday...it must mean that good things are in store the the new year.
